- •Overview is seeking a Software Engineering Lead/Engineering Manager to lead and grow a team of engineers, coordinating closely with teams in Brazil and the US.
- •This hands-on leadership role will oversee the technical roadmap for current and future products, manage remote and hybrid engineers, and work across time zones to deliver industrial AI products.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop a team of remote and hybrid engineers, fostering cross-site collaboration.
- •Prioritize and manage the technical feature roadmap for AI vision products.
- •Set up and maintain release structures, manage sprints, and track performance for high-quality deliveries.
- •Define requirements, set context and priorities, and report progress to leadership and the engineering organization.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience managing a team of software or firmware engineers. 7+ years of work experience in a software company.
- •Strong technical depth and ability to engage with complex technical details.
- •Experience in setting up release structures, managing sprints, and measuring engineering performance.
- •Self-starter comfortable working across remote teams and managing ambiguity.
