- •Outreach is seeking a Senior Applied Scientist to join their Data Science team, focusing on building and enhancing their agentic AI platform using knowledge graphs and AI.
- •This role involves leveraging data to understand customer needs and deliver new products and features.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and implement knowledge graph construction, entity resolution, and ontology population.
- •Build pipelines to extract structured knowledge from unstructured conversational and document data.
- •Implement graph traversal logic and features for reasoning and recommendations.
- •Train and evaluate link prediction and node classification models using graph embedding methods.
- •Translate sales concepts into graph nodes and relationships, contributing to ontology design.
- •Requirements PhD in a relevant field (Computer Science, NLP, Machine Learning) with a focus on knowledge representation, information extraction, or graph neural networks.
- •Production-quality Python coding skills and experience with graph databases or query languages (Neo4j, SPARQL, Cypher).
- •Demonstrated ability to build and evaluate ML models and a track record of building things.
- •Strong ownership and ability to take end-to-end responsibility for initiatives.
- •Good communication skills and eagerness to learn.
