- •Outreach is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to retain and grow existing customer accounts.
- •This role focuses on driving value and adoption of the Outreach platform within the commercial segment.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage a high volume of accounts to drive customer value and adoption.
- •Develop territory strategy plans to increase adoption, utilization, and customer sentiment.
- •Manage renewals, expansions, and cross-sell opportunities to protect revenue retention.
- •Build partnerships with customers to optimize their use of the Outreach platform.
- •Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and best practices to customers.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- •At least two years of sales lifecycle management, account management, or customer success experience, preferably in SaaS.
- •Strong business acumen, negotiation, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- •Deep understanding of sales operations, team strategies, methodologies, and KPIs.
- •Ability to build strong, trusting relationships and influence decisions without direct authority.
