- •Oura is seeking a Senior Science Program Manager to architect and execute its international scientific and clinical research portfolio, particularly in the UAE.
- •This role will shape strategic collaborations and align research investments with long-term commercial and healthcare positioning.
- •Key Responsibilities Define the governance and roadmap for an international research portfolio, aligning studies with Oura’s growth objectives.
- •Establish frameworks for rigorous, compliant research delivery and evolve operational processes.
- •Act as a strategic hub between Health Science, Product, Regulatory, and global partners.
- •Own the strategic dissemination plan for research milestones, supporting brand authority and regulatory trajectory.
- •Identify and cultivate high-impact research partnerships in the UAE, managing external collaborators.
- •Requirements 6+ years of program or project management experience in scientific, clinical, or health research.
- •Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in a health, life-science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- •Strong working knowledge of the human and clinical research study lifecycle.
- •Experience directing complex, cross-functional work across internal teams and external partners.
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
