- •Oura is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Electrical Engineering to lead our talented team in developing the core electronics for our next-generation wearable devices.
- •You will be a key driver in defining the electrical architecture, design, performance, and reliability of our products, ensuring they remain at the cutting edge of technology.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
- •Architect and oversee the development of electrical systems for wearable devices, including power management, sensor integration, communication interfaces, and signal processing.
- •Ensure electrical designs meet performance targets, reliability standards, and regulatory requirements.
- •Oversee the design and optimization of power systems to maximize battery life and efficiency.
- •Work closely with Product Design, Firmware, Software, Product Management, and Operations teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
- •Requirements 8+ years of experience in managing electrical engineering teams, with a significant focus on embedded systems and low-power design, preferably within very high volume consumer electronics or wearable devices.
- •Deep expertise in analog and digital circuit design, power management, and sensor integration.
- •Depth in both testing and validation methodologies for electrical systems.
- •Significant experience working with overseas manufacturing partners.
