TL;DR
Program Manager to productize provider relationships and scale the ecosystem.
- •We’re hiring a Program Manager to turn our Provider Program into a product.
- •Your job is to give provider relationships a repeatable structure so the ecosystem scales without adding headcount for every new partner.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the provider lifecycle end to end
- •sourcing, onboarding, activation, QBR, and renewal.
- •Design and maintain the tiering framework that classifies providers and defines expectations.
- •Build programmatic structure that scales through templates, playbooks, and automation.
- •Run program-wide operations and flagship programs like MPEAP.
- •Own the compliance cadence and set the operating rhythm for the team.
- •Requirements Programs + strategy background with experience imposing structure on ambiguity.
- •Highly organized systems thinker who turns recurring work into repeatable processes.
- •Cross-functional operator comfortable spanning Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Security.
- •High agency and bias to ship, taking end-to-end ownership in a fast-moving team.
- •Strong written communication skills for clear documentation and comms.
