TL;DR
Lead complex government software implementations, coordinating teams and managing client relationships.
- •OpenGov is seeking a Staff Project Manager to lead complex, multi-suite government implementations.
- •This senior individual contributor role focuses on defining and overseeing implementation strategy, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing scope and risk with Director
- •and VP-level client stakeholders.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery for multi-suite, multi-department government implementations.
- •Coordinate Solutions Architecture, Technical, and Change Management resources without direct reporting authority.
- •Establish and maintain project governance artifacts, including RAID logs and decision registers.
- •Define scope boundaries and manage change orders with commercial discipline.
- •Serve as the primary point of accountability for Director
- •and VP-level client stakeholders.
- •Requirements 5-7 years of progressive program and project management experience in a SaaS environment.
- •Demonstrated experience coordinating across implementation, product, engineering, and sales functions without direct authority.
- •Experience with complex governmental clients or equivalent regulated/public-sector environments.
- •Proficiency with project/program management tooling and CRM platforms (RocketLane, Salesforce, or equivalent).
- •PMP certification preferred; Scrum Master or SAFe Agile certification accepted.
