- •onX is seeking a Senior Web Platform Manager to lead the strategy, performance, and evolution of onxmaps.com and related web properties.
- •This role bridges growth marketing, web strategy, and execution, defining a roadmap to deliver a high-converting web experience that drives onX's growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and maintain a 6-12 month web roadmap balancing growth priorities with brand and product storytelling.
- •Own website funnel conversion through A/B testing and experimentation to increase conversion rates.
- •Set and report on web performance KPIs using analytics tools in partnership with the data analytics team.
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams on site merchandising, feature launches, and campaign landing pages.
- •Ensure web strategy accounts for organic growth across traditional SEO and emerging AI-driven discovery channels.
- •Requirements 8+ years of experience in web marketing, digital strategy, website management, or web product management.
- •Strong background in CRO and A/B testing with hands-on experience in tools like VWO or Optimizely.
- •Proficiency in web analytics (GA4, Google Search Console) and a data-driven approach.
- •Deep understanding of how web architecture and content strategy impact organic discoverability, including AI visibility.
- •Proven ability to build and run scalable web operations and manage cross-functional workflows.
