- •Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years in technical support, solution engineering, technical documentation, or knowledge management.
- •Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex software and workflows.
- •Experience creating technical documentation or knowledge articles.
- •Excellent written communication skills and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities.
