- •OneTrust is seeking a Senior Technical Architect (Privacy) to join their Technical Advisory team.
- •This customer-facing role requires a strong technical foundation, attention to detail, and the ability to build trust with clients.
- •You will advise on privacy processes, operating models, workflows, data, and integrations, acting as a trusted advisor and product expert without hands-on implementation.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead outcome-focused discovery and advisory engagements with customers.
- •Translate business and regulatory needs into practical recommendations for privacy processes and OneTrust capabilities.
- •Assess customer readiness and recommend pragmatic next steps.
- •Build trusted relationships with technical and executive audiences.
- •Capture recurring customer needs and translate them into feedback and product opportunities.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in consulting, technical advisory, or a similar customer-facing problem-solving role.
- •Strong technical background in enterprise software (ideally SaaS), systems, data, workflow design, or integrations.
- •Consultative approach with strong listening and problem-structuring skills.
- •Ability to connect customer objectives to practical technology and operating-model decisions.
- •BA/BS in a related subject.
