- •OneTrust is seeking a Senior Staff Solution Architect to join their R&D Customer Engineering organization.
- •This role partners with strategic Design Partner customers, acting as a bridge between customer needs, product strategy, and enterprise governance.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner directly with enterprise customers to understand business objectives, technical requirements, and strategic priorities.
- •Lead discovery workshops, architecture reviews, and technical design sessions.
- •Translate customer needs into scalable solution architectures and implementation strategies.
- •Influence product roadmap by identifying product gaps and driving platform improvements.
- •Design secure, scalable, and resilient enterprise solutions across workflows, integrations, and APIs.
- •Requirements 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
- •Proven experience working directly with enterprise customers to gather requirements and design solutions.
- •Strong solution architecture experience including APIs, integrations, workflow design, and data models.
- •Experience partnering with Product Management and Engineering teams.
- •Strong executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
