- •The Implementation Manager leads end-to-end onboarding and launch for new customers, managing data integrations, timelines, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful go-lives.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead kickoff, project planning, testing, training, and go-live coordination for new customers.
- •Manage customer data feeds and integrations with internal technical teams.
- •Drive milestones, identify risks, and keep projects on track through cross-functional collaboration.
- •Build relationships with customer stakeholders and coordinate vendors.
- •Requirements 5+ years in implementation, customer success, project or account management in digital health/benefits.
- •Strong technical aptitude for data feeds, integrations, and system configuration.
- •Experience managing cross-functional projects and vendor partners.
- •Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
