- •We are hiring a Staff Software Engineer to expand Omada’s footprint in cardiometabolic care and physical activity.
- •You will shape new member

- •Key Responsibilities Partner with product, clinical, and cross-functional teams to turn vision into shipped product.
- •Own architecture and technical direction end to end for new experiences.
- •Apply broad technical judgment across languages, frameworks, and systems to quickly build context, evaluate tradeoffs, and guide delivery.
- •Requirements 10+ years of experience writing readable, tested, and efficient code.
- •Strong in at least one modern backend language, with experience in Ruby or Python.
- •Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
