- •The Senior Clinical Research Scientist will conceptualize research questions, design studies, and analyze data to generate evidence demonstrating the value of Omada's programs.
- •This role focuses on health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) to support product strategy and commercial growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and conduct studies to generate high-quality evidence for Omada's programs.
- •Lead or support HEOR analyses, including cost-effectiveness and budget impact studies.
- •Develop evidence packages connecting clinical outcomes to economic value for customers.
- •Analyze claims, EHR, and other real-world data to quantify impact on cost and outcomes.
- •Disseminate findings through peer-reviewed manuscripts, abstracts, and presentations.
- •Requirements 10+ years of relevant experience with an advanced degree in a related field.
- •Demonstrated experience designing and executing HEOR or real-world evidence studies.
- •Strong expertise in claims data, chronic disease, and health behavior.
- •Experience with statistical software such as SAS, STATA, R, or Python.
- •Strong SQL skills and experience with large healthcare datasets.
