- •As a Customer Acceleration Product Adoption Manager, you will serve as the product owner for Okta’s suite of customer education offerings, contributing to the broader Customer Acceleration post-sales portfolio.
- •You will bring product thinking and customer centricity to how we design, improve, and grow our education products.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the education subscription product roadmap, managing the backlog and prioritizing improvements.
- •Translate product and GTM strategy into education action, ensuring training and knowledge are ready ahead of releases.
- •Design and execute targeted programs to increase awareness, engagement, and adoption of education offerings.
- •Define and measure success metrics for the education subscription and public catalog, connecting learner engagement to customer health.
- •Optimize the customer learning journey and advocate for improvements to education resources.
- •Requirements Experience in product management or product ownership, including backlog management and writing requirements.
- •Proven ability to define success metrics and use data to measure product or program effectiveness.
- •Experience conducting customer or user research and applying insights to inform product decisions.
- •Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, value-based language.
- •Experience working cross-functionally across product, marketing, and customer success teams.
