- •Oklo is seeking a Test Process Equipment Engineer to support the design, fabrication, commissioning, operation, and modification of test platforms for advanced nuclear technology.
- •This role involves managing process and mechanical equipment throughout its lifecycle, from concept to improvement.
- •Key Responsibilities Specify, select, and size process equipment like pumps, valves, and heat exchangers.
- •Perform engineering calculations for fluid flow, pressure drop, and heat transfer.
- •Develop and review P&IDs, equipment data sheets, and technical specifications.
- •Support test readiness reviews, startup, operation, and post-test activities.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, nuclear engineering, or related field.
- •Experience designing, specifying, or troubleshooting process and mechanical equipment.
- •Ability to perform fluid-flow, pressure-drop, and equipment-sizing calculations.
- •Familiarity with pumps, valves, piping, and pressure equipment.
