TL;DR
Lead energy regulatory legal work, including FERC and State PUC matters, and support policy initiatives.
- •Oklo is seeking an Associate General Counsel, Energy & Regulatory to join its Legal team.
- •This role will focus on navigating energy-related legal, regulatory, and public policy matters for the development and scaling of Oklo's power fleet.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead FERC and State PUC proceedings and submissions.
- •Support interconnection applications and agreements.
- •Monitor and engage in regulatory rulemaking efforts and policy developments.
- •Support pre-construction regulatory and zoning efforts, including environmental reviews.
- •Requirements J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to practice law. 7-10 years of energy regulatory experience.
- •Substantive FERC practice experience.
- •Experience with State PUC filings and generator interconnection processes.
- •Experience with energy-related public policy and legislative affairs.
