- •If this sounds exciting, we’d love to chat. 💚 What You'll Have Deep and profound experience with modern JS frameworks (Next.js, Remix, Vue, etc.) Expertise in the architecture of scalable web applications using modern patterns (server-side rendering, server components, etc.) Experience taking problems, rather than strict guidelines, and developing well fitting solutions, collaborating with others where necessary A keen eye for and expertise in accessibility

- •There’s always enough to do, but not everything is equally important Excellent proactive communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Conscious and responsible use of LLMs (Large Language Models) to assist with coding: you stay in control
- •AI is your tool, not the other way around English (C1 or above): Required for day-to-day collaboration with international engineering teams, code reviews, technical documentation, and participation in cross-team discussions German (C1 or above): Required for effective communication with local stakeholders and business partners Nice to Have Python knowledge
- •our language of choice in the backend Experience in the energy sector Experience in adjacent fields (Backend, Infrastructure, UX Design etc.) Our Tech Stack Frontend: TypeScript React & Next.js
