About the role
TL;DR
Manage US site operations and ensure global workplace standards are met.
- •This position will be responsible for the operations of our US sites, acting as the local point of contact for Workplace Solutions and ensuring that global standards and guides are properly followed and executed locally.
- •Key Responsibilities Support facilities management provider(s) for services including maintenance, parking, cleaning, catering, logistics, reception, utilities, waste management, etc.
- •Ensure processes are executed consistently, following global standards and guides.
- •Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency within the US offices.
- •Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and SLAs for the services provided locally.
- •Requirements 2+ years’ experience in Facilities Management with a focus on employee experience.
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- •Bachelor degree (Engineering, Architecture, Business or other similar courses).
- •Availability to travel.
