Lead the technical architecture for an AI-native product workflow reinvention initiative.
- •Nubank is seeking a foundational technical lead for its new Product Workflow Reinvention team.
- •This role will spearhead an AI-native initiative to transform how products are designed, specified, and built, directly impacting the company's strategic use of AI.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture of the orchestration layer for a single system of record.
- •Design and build AI-native platform primitives for agentic execution.
- •Ensure AI agent workflows are reliable, scalable, and cost-effective.
- •Develop and iterate on internal workflow tools to streamline product development lifecycle.
- •Operate autonomously in a greenfield environment, translating vision into actionable roadmaps.
- •Requirements Proven track record designing and operating complex backend or platform systems at scale.
- •Demonstrated ability to set technical direction and establish primitives for other engineers.
- •Experience leading ambiguous platform initiatives from discovery to iteration.
- •Experience building internal tools or platforms for product creators.
- •Strong conviction in LLM agents and agentic systems, with practical examples of accelerating development workflows.
- •Exceptional communication skills for partnering with senior executives.
