- •Nubank is seeking a Model Risk Senior Specialist to join its Model Risk team within the Risk Management structure.
- •This role involves independent review and challenge of quantitative and machine learning models to ensure optimal decision-making.
- •Key Responsibilities Conduct independent reviews of quantitative and machine learning models.
- •Provide effective challenges, identify risks, and engage with stakeholders.
- •Propose and monitor KPIs to explain model performance impact.
- •Discuss and report model risk status with senior managers and regulators.
- •Develop playbooks and toolkits to optimize model reviews and monitoring.
- •Requirements Experience with development and/or validation of quantitative and/or machine learning models.
- •Strong Data Science skills and knowledge of machine learning tools.
- •Strong programming skills.
- •Proactive, autonomous, and fast learner with strong analytical skills.
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
