- •Nu is seeking a high-impact Lead Product Manager to join their US Market Core Products team.
- •This role will focus on strengthening the US value proposition, supporting the upcoming US market launch, and shaping the long-term product roadmap for the region.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution for core US consumer products.
- •Define and refine the US value proposition using deep customer understanding and data.
- •Lead structured product discovery, including customer segmentation and hypothesis validation.
- •Collaborate with design, engineering, data, operations, risk, compliance, and marketing to ship high-quality features.
- •Communicate vision, priorities, and progress effectively to senior stakeholders.
- •Requirements Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
- •High degree of ownership and autonomy, with a bias for action.
- •Significant experience as a Lead or Senior Product Manager working on consumer-facing digital products, ideally in US-based fintech.
- •Proven success driving end-to-end product execution from discovery to launch and iteration.
- •Demonstrated experience leading product discovery, customer segmentation, and competitive benchmarking.
