- •We're looking for a hands-on Growth Engineer to build the digital growth system that connects more customers and more demand to those factories.
- •Key Responsibilities Scale online GTM spend against contribution margin and customer lifetime value.
- •Improve the journey from discovery to quote, order, and repeat purchase.
- •Build our SEO and Answer Engine Optimization strategy.
- •Ship experiments, landing pages, integrations, and lifecycle automations.
- •Leverage frontier tools to increase the speed and quality of execution.
- •Requirements You've personally built or scaled a digital acquisition channel.
- •You're comfortable working in a codebase, an ad account, and a dataset.
- •You understand CAC, payback, conversion, retention, and attribution.
- •You have strong taste: you recognize clear messaging, credible design, and a buying experience customers can trust.
- •You learn new tools and unfamiliar markets quickly.
