About the role
TL;DR
Lead end-to-end setup of new client payrolls and shape onboarding SOPs.
- •We are looking for a Payroll Onboarding Specialist to join our growing Payroll team.
- •In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to lead the end-to-end setup of new client payrolls, shaping the SOPs that keep our onboarding accurate and scalable as we grow.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end configuration of new client payrolls, including pay elements, tax codes, pension schemes, and statutory settings.
- •Develop, document, and maintain SOPs for payroll onboarding to ensure consistency, quality, and a repeatable process.
- •Act as the main point of contact for clients during onboarding, guiding them through data collection, system setup, and go-live.
- •Liaise with the wider payroll team, onboarding team, customer success, and product to ensure a smooth handover.
- •Requirements Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
- •Experience setting up or onboarding new payrolls onto a system or platform.
- •Comfortable liaising across multiple internal teams and directly with clients.
- •Strong attention to detail, particularly around system configuration and data accuracy.
- •Able to manage multiple onboarding projects at once.
