TL;DR
Design client experience software for a new AI-native law firm.
- •Norm Ai is seeking a Forward Deployed Product Designer to design the client experience for a new kind of law firm, Norm Law.
- •This role involves working directly with clients and partners to create transparent, interactive, and modern legal service software.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead product design for practice-group-specific software.
- •Join client and partner scoping conversations from day one.
- •Turn ambiguous needs into clear workflows, prototypes, and product decisions.
- •Prototype in code or with AI-assisted tools when beneficial.
- •Work alongside Forward Deployed Engineers through implementation and QA.
- •Requirements 6+ years of product design experience, including ownership of complex B2B or enterprise product experiences.
- •Strong interaction, visual, and systems design craft.
- •Experience designing complex workflow, data-dense, or client-facing software.
- •Comfort working through ambiguity and explaining design decisions to senior stakeholders.
- •Fluency with AI-assisted design, prototyping, and development tools.
