Lead and coach a team of SDRs to drive pipeline generation for a global B2B marketplace.
- •As a Sales Manager, you'll lead the team at the very front line of our growth
- •the SDRs who turn cold outreach into warm, excited conversations for our Account Executive team.
- •This is a player-coach role in a phone-first, high-volume sales culture.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and develop a team of SDRs across North America.
- •Own the team's pipeline generation number.
- •Recruit, onboard and ramp new SDRs as we scale the function.
- •Build and continuously refine the outbound playbook.
- •Be a player-coach: stay close to the phones, join calls, and show the team what a great prospecting conversation sounds like.
- •Requirements Proven experience leading and coaching SDR/BDR or high-velocity SMB sales teams.
- •A track record of hitting and exceeding pipeline or sales targets.
- •Deep outbound expertise
- •you've done the cold calling yourself.
- •Strong command of the SMB sales motion.
- •A data-driven operator
