Oversees daily warehouse operations and leads the warehouse team.
- •The Fulfillment Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, leading warehouse assistants, and ensuring operational targets are met effectively.
- •Key Responsibilities Supervising Warehouse Operations: Oversee daily warehouse activities, ensure SOP and safety compliance, manage staff tasks, and handle operational issues.
- •Inventory Control & Accuracy: Ensure accurate stock records, conduct stock counts, monitor FIFO/FEFO, and resolve stock discrepancies with relevant teams.
- •Team Leadership & Performance Management: Supervise and train Warehouse Assistants, guide staff during work, monitor daily performance, and support new staff.
- •Outbound Fulfillment & Continuous Improvement: Ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time, coordinate dispatch processes, improve operations, and provide summary reports.
- •Requirements 2-5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, order fulfillment, or operations At least 1-2 years of experience as a supervisor or team leader Experience in fulfillment center or distribution center operations Practical experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) Experience managing small to medium-sized warehouse teams
