About the role
TL;DR
Senior Backend Engineer to build and scale an AI-native data loss prevention platform.
- •Nightfall is seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer to help build and scale their AI-native, unified data loss prevention and insider risk management platform.
- •You will architect low latency, real-time microservices for sensitive data detection.
- •Key Responsibilities Building highly available and secure authentication and API services.
- •Architecting, optimizing and operating high volume auto-scaling, reliable, real-time data infrastructure and services.
- •Architecting agentic systems to perform highly concurrent workflows while optimizing LLM accuracy, cost and scalability.
- •Building Observability at scale for detailed insights into customer usage and performance.
- •Requirements Expertise in one or more systems/high-level programming languages (e.g.
- •Python, Go, Java, C++).
- •Experience running scalable and reliable systems.
- •Solid experience with building Search and Agentic AI systems at massive scale.
- •Experience with developing complex software systems scaling to substantial data volumes or millions of users. 8+ years of experience with proven technical leadership and prowess in scalable, distributed architectures.
