- •Netskope is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to regional and global business managers, aligning HR programs with business objectives.
- •This role will leverage AI-native tools to enhance HR efficiency and support business productivity.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive strategic HR objectives for multiple business units.
- •Coach managers on performance management, employee relations, and talent decisions.
- •Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop solutions and policies.
- •Resolve complex employee relations issues and grievances.
- •Implement change management and organizational development strategies.
- •Requirements Fluency in French and English is mandatory. 8+ years as an HRBP or generalist with global experience.
- •Deep knowledge of local labor laws in Southern Europe and key EMEA markets.
- •Experience interacting with French Works Councils (CSE) and local labor unions.
- •Proficiency in leveraging AI and LLMs for HR efficiency and data analysis.
