TL;DR
Analyze data to support AI model development and evaluation.
- •Netomi is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to prepare, analyze, and interpret large datasets to support the development and evaluation of machine learning models.
- •This role focuses on ensuring data quality, identifying patterns, and generating insights for AI-driven solutions.
- •Key Responsibilities Own enterprise client onboarding for AI implementations, including data analysis and workflow design.
- •Design, implement, and optimize prompts, conversation flows, and agent logic for AI agents.
- •Deliver AI solutions end-to-end, from design through production launch and optimization.
- •Analyze conversation data to identify root causes and optimization opportunities.
- •Implement iterative improvements based on data and evaluation results.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in applied AI, conversational AI, or analytics.
- •Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent workflows.
- •Experience working with real-world customer interaction data.
- •Strong analytical ability to diagnose and resolve AI behavior issues.
- •Working knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis.
