- •Netic is seeking multiple new grad Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) to join their AI revenue engine for essential services.
- •This role involves building and deploying AI systems that transform how businesses operate, combining cutting-edge AI development with real-world impact.
- •Key Responsibilities Architect and ship multi-modal AI agents that drive business impact.
- •Co-build with customers, mapping workflows and deploying products to unlock revenue lift.
- •Own the end-to-end lifecycle from design to iteration, including deployment and measuring success.
- •Build reliable, scalable systems supporting thousands of concurrent interactions.
- •Run rapid experiments evaluating and iterating on text/voice models.
- •Requirements Experience building production systems with Python and TypeScript.
- •Hands-on experience with LLM, TTS, speech APIs, fine-tuning models, vector databases, and RAG.
- •Ability to meet SLAs, resolve issues, and optimize systems for speed and reliability.
- •Experience building production monitoring and debugging systems.
- •Comfort engaging directly with customers to troubleshoot and deliver solutions.
