- •Nelo is a profitable consumer fintech and e-commerce platform in Mexico, seeking a Frontend Engineer to own entire user-facing surfaces of their AI-native app.
- •This role offers daily shipping, direct collaboration with founders, and immediate impact on conversion metrics.
- •Key Responsibilities Own major surfaces of the Nelo app: onboarding, checkout, payments, and credit flows.
- •Ship experiments that move activation and conversion, and analyze results.
- •Set the standard for performance, reliability, and polish in a financial application.
- •Automate repetitive frontend work using AI tools to focus on product judgment.
- •Requirements Shipped consumer-facing mobile or web products at scale with measurable metric impact.
- •Strong product judgment and ability to push back on designs.
- •Experience with modern frontend stacks (React / React Native or equivalent).
- •Comfort owning outcomes end-to-end from idea to production impact.
