- •We are looking for a Founders Associate Intern Finance to work directly on strategically relevant finance and business topics, including financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, investor reporting, and cross-functional projects.
- •You will work closely with the leadership and finance team, making a real impact in a fast-growing tech scale-up.
- •Key Responsibilities Utilize finance as a strategic lever by diving deep into budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to derive clear decisions from data.
- •Drive founder and leadership initiatives by supporting strategic finance projects, monthly reports, board materials, and investor updates.
- •Translate data into business impact by building financial models, analyses, and dashboards to inform better operational and strategic decisions.
- •Take cross-functional ownership by collaborating closely with various teams to identify business potentials and drive projects independently.
- •Make scaling smarter by identifying inefficiencies, questioning existing processes, and developing pragmatic solutions.
- •Requirements Fluent in German and English, with at least 5 months of availability.
- •Currently studying Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a similar field, or recently graduated.
- •Strategic learning hunger to understand how a fast-growing scale-up operates and to question the status quo.
- •Hands-on ownership mentality, working pragmatically and knowing when good enough is better than perfect.
- •Strong quantitative skills, particularly in Excel or Google Sheets, with proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and dashboards.
- •Solid finance foundation, understanding P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow relationships.
