- •Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy.
- •We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop the analytics team, setting clear expectations and fostering a high-performance culture.
- •Partner with senior leaders to shape and execute the analytics strategy, translating company goals into a clear roadmap.
- •Drive high-impact analyses across customer behavior, product performance, revenue, and business growth.
- •Establish and maintain consistent KPI definitions, business logic, and analytical standards across the company.
- •Guide the design, implementation, and improvement of executive and operational dashboards.
- •Requirements A minimum of 15 years' experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a related data function.
- •At least 10 to 12 years of experience leading and developing analytics teams.
- •Strong business judgment and the ability to connect analytical work to strategic outcomes.
- •Strong proficiency in SQL and a solid understanding of data modeling and BI platforms.
- •Experience defining company-level KPIs, metric frameworks, and scalable reporting standards.
