- •Support business owners with budgeting, monthly reviews, and cost control, communicating financial implications clearly.
- •Drive annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly reporting cycles, preparing financial dashboards and variance analyses.
- •Contribute to improving FP&A tools, methodologies, and reporting frameworks, supporting automation efforts.
- •Requirements 6+ years of experience in FP&A, business partnering, or commercial finance.
- •Strong analytical capabilities and advanced financial analysis skills.
- •Experience partnering with commercial and operational teams, understanding revenue dynamics and cost structures.
- •Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across multicultural teams.
- •Extensive experience with planning applications (Oracle NSPB preferred) and related tools (Oracle EPM/NetSuite, BI tools).
