- •Key Responsibilities Act as a key partner to stakeholders, taking broad business objectives and refining them into sophisticated, high-impact technical solutions within the Atlassian suite.
- •Lead initiatives from discovery and requirements gathering through to design, build, and global rollout.
- •You will have full ownership of the delivery process.
- •Proactively identify opportunities to modernize our setup.
- •You will independently detect friction points and propose innovative ways to enhance organizational velocity.
- •Extend the standard capabilities of Jira and Confluence through custom scripting (Scriptrunner/Groovy) and high-level use of Atlassian APIs.
- •Design and implement custom Jira configurations that are robust enough for a regulated bank but flexible enough for an agile tech company.
- •Utilize advanced reporting and analytics to provide leadership with clear visibility into operational health and project progress.
- •Act as a subject matter expert, coaching teams on best practices and ensuring our internal documentation is a "gold standard" resource.
- •Requirements 5+ years (minimum 3+) of hands-on experience in Jira, JSM, and Confluence administration within enterprise environments.
- •Deep proficiency in JQL, Automations, Atlassian APIs, Assets and Scriptrunner (Groovy).
- •Experience in a regulated environment is a strong plus.
- •Fluent English is a must.
- •Deep expertise in Jira administration, workflow customization, stakeholder management, and best practices for scalable implementation across diverse teams.
