About the role
TL;DR
Design end-to-end features for N26's Grow & Engage domain, impacting millions of users.
- •We're looking for a Product Designer to join N26's UX team in our Grow and Engage domain.
- •You'll work in teams delivering innovative features for millions of customers, designing end-to-end on important features and flows.
- •You'll report to our Head of UX and work in a tight cross-functional team.
- •Key Responsibilities Design end-to-end on important features within your segment, from problem framing through research, exploration, and shipped work.
- •Bring a high bar for craft—UI and interaction design that delights customers and converts.
- •Frame design problems sharply: define user needs, success criteria, constraints, and tradeoffs before jumping into solutions.
- •Develop user flows and interactions that hold up across the connected parts of the product, anticipating how your work affects adjacent areas.
- •Contribute to our design system—using and improving the patterns the team relies on.
- •Requirements A strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design work on consumer products—ideally mobile.
- •Experience taking complex feature work from problem to ship, owning the design throughout.
- •Experience working with a design system—using it, contributing to it, and knowing when to push back on it.
- •Experience grounding decisions in research and data—and a willingness to seek them out when they're not available.
- •Strong written and verbal communication—you can explain your decisions to product, engineering, and leadership.
