TL;DR
Senior Designer to create compelling brand experiences across multiple creative outputs.
- •Motive is seeking a highly conceptual and detail-oriented Senior Designer to bring recognizable brands to life across various creative outputs, including integrated advertising campaigns, brand identity systems, packaging, digital experiences, and experiential activations.
- •You will be challenged to create compelling work that connects with audiences in meaningful ways.
- •Key Responsibilities Concept, design, and execute creative deliverables across branding, advertising, digital, brand experience, commerce, packaging, and content projects.
- •Take ownership of projects from concept through final execution, ensuring creative excellence.
- •Contribute visual ideas and design-driven thinking during brainstorming sessions.
- •Collaborate with creative directors, art directors, writers, strategists, and production partners.
- •Present work confidently to internal teams and clients, articulating creative rationale.
- •Requirements 6-10 years of design experience, preferably in an agency environment.
- •Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling.
- •Expert understanding of typography, layout, composition, and branding principles.
- •Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, and Figma.
- •Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently.
