- •Monzo is seeking a Senior Credit Analyst to join their Borrowing Data team.
- •This role will focus on shaping credit strategies for credit card products, optimizing risk and growth through data-driven insights.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and refine credit underwriting and limit strategies.
- •Analyze portfolio performance and identify actionable insights.
- •Build and interpret NPV and profitability models.
- •Lead analytical deep-dives into portfolio trends and emerging risks.
- •Partner with Product and Engineering teams to design and test new features.
- •Requirements Experience in unsecured lending, ideally within credit cards.
- •Strong understanding of credit card economics.
- •Experience building or influencing credit strategies.
- •Strong analytical and data capabilities with SQL, Python, and Looker experience.
- •Experience working with NPV models and profitability analysis.
