- •Ready to take the next step in your pharmacy career and play a bigger role in supporting a high-performing team? We’re looking for an experienced pharmacy professional to join us as a Pharmacy Team Lead, helping to lead, support and motivate our pharmacy team across weekday and weekend shifts.
- •Key Responsibilities Leading and supporting the pharmacy team during your shifts, creating a positive and collaborative working environment.
- •Coordinating daily priorities, allocating tasks and ensuring workflows run smoothly.
- •Providing guidance, support and encouragement to colleagues throughout the day.
- •Helping the team maintain safe, accurate and compliant working practices in line with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- •Requirements Experience working in a pharmacy environment as a Pharmacy Assistant, Pharmacy Dispenser, Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT) or similar role.
- •A strong understanding of pharmacy operations, workflows and compliance requirements.
- •Experience supporting colleagues, coordinating tasks or taking responsibility during busy periods.
- •The confidence to make decisions, solve problems and take ownership of your work.
