- •MongoDB is hiring a Senior Manager, M&A Integration to build and run the operational backbone for integrating acquisitions, translating deal theses into durable business outcomes.
- •This role ensures successful integration and realization of value from each acquisition.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead integration planning and execution from LOI through post-close for assigned deals.
- •Coordinate across Legal, HR, Finance & Accounting, IT, Go-to-Market, Marketing, and Product & Technology teams.
- •Build and maintain MongoDB's integration playbook, standardizing repeatable practices.
- •Track integration KPIs and partner with Corp Dev and FP&A to tie progress back to the original deal thesis.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years leading M&A integration or complex transformation programs.
- •Experience owning integration workstreams or full integrations from planning through post-close execution.
- •Strong program management discipline, including structured planning, risk and dependency management, and clear communication.
- •Comfort operating cross-functionally and presenting status to senior stakeholders with autonomy.
- •Cross-functional depth across key business functions and experience managing sensitive situations with acquired leaders and employees.
