- •Join monday.com's ANZ Solutions Engineering team as a Senior Solution Engineer.
- •You'll own the technical win on large, complex enterprise opportunities across Australia and New Zealand.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the technical win on large, complex enterprise opportunities across ANZ Lead the technical elements of a deal with a CTO of the deal mentality to map prospects' business processes, system landscape and decision criteria Build and deliver tailored demos and proofs of concept across work management, CRM and service, including monday's AI agents, and vibe apps Lead technical response's to RFPs and government tenders, along with leading security & compliance reviews Establish reference architectures, integration specs, pre-configured solution packages and best practices for the team Requirements 7+ years in Pre Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture or similar roles in a SaaS environment Strong understanding of project management, workflow automation, and collaboration tools Excellent verbal and written communications skills with a focus on capturing requirements and use cases, developing a solution and articulating business value Excellent presentation and demonstration skills with a focus on engaging storytelling Ability to work as part of a team to solve business and technical problems navigating ambiguity
