- •Triage cases based on veterinary knowledge, offering recommendations and ensuring accurate information.
- •Review medical records to understand patient history and provide informed guidance.
- •Document clearly and accurately in patient records using veterinary terminology.
- •Verify and process prescriptions, ensuring appropriate follow-up for client requests.
- •Requirements Credentialed Veterinary Technician with at least two years of experience in small animal veterinary medicine.
- •Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple computer programs and online platforms.
- •Exceptional communicator, able to articulate medical information compassionately and clearly.
- •Adaptable problem solver thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- •Dedicated work environment with minimum ISP parameters: >100mb_down, >100mb_up, <10ms latency.
