- •Mixpanel is seeking a Software Engineer to join its newly formed AI Platform team.
- •This role will focus on building scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure to accelerate AI agent development across the company.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and develop core backend services, APIs, and microservices for AI model integration.
- •Build scalable frameworks for multi-step agent workflows, including task decomposition and memory.
- •Develop robust evaluation systems for AI reasoning quality, hallucination rates, and task success.
- •Architect high-performance serving infrastructure with guarantees around latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency.
- •Ensure comprehensive monitoring, logging, and tracing for deployed AI models.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience. 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- •Strong full-stack fundamentals and debugging skills.
- •Hands-on experience integrating and orchestrating LLMs and agents.
- •Experience building and scaling AI-native systems in production.
