- •Serve as the dedicated technical owner for one or more of our largest enterprise customers after the contract has been signed.
- •Key Responsibilities Shipping code, reliable software, and systems that carry production traffic from day one Pioneering the patterns for deploying Mintlify inside organizations with 100,000+ employees Scoping ambiguous customer asks into shippable plans, and saying no when the ask would fork the product Requirements 5+ years of software engineering experience with real production ownership Direct customer-facing experience Comfort with enterprise deployment realities Strong written and verbal communication
