About the role
TL;DR
Build critical, user-facing features and drive product direction.
- •We are looking for product-minded engineers to build critical, user-facing features.
- •Key Responsibilities Build the full lifecycle: Collaborate closely with design and engineering to architect and ship customer-facing functionality from 0-to-1.
- •Solve complex technical challenges: Whether it’s optimizing virtualized rendering for large data collections or architecting reliable content management systems, you will tackle hard engineering problems.
- •Drive User Experience: Contribute to a smooth, frictionless UX.
- •You will help do the last mile work to move from "working code" into a "great product." Performance & Scale: Improve application performance through profiling and implement scalable solutions that grow with our user base.
- •Requirements A Technical "Spike": You have deep expertise in EITHER Frontend: Deep knowledge of React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- •You understand the Virtual DOM, state management complexities, and CSS architecture.
- •OR Backend: Strong systems design skills, API architecture, database optimization, and scalable infrastructure.
- •Product Intuition: You have a desire to work on front-facing products that users interact with daily.
- •You care about the "why" as much as the "how." Adaptability: You are willing to step outside your comfort zone.
- •If you are backend-heavy, you are willing to touch the frontend (and vice versa) to get a feature over the line.
- •Agency & Ownership: You thrive in environments where you define the solution rather than just implementing a spec.
