- •As a Wedding Concierge at Minted, you will host consultations to help customers personalize their design choices, drive revenue through soft sales strategies, and serve as a brand ambassador.
- •You will answer product questions, assist with orders, and identify opportunities for customer experience improvements.
- •Key Responsibilities Host 30-minute consultations to personalize design choices and generate revenue.
- •Upsell and cross-sell stationery and decor during consultations.
- •Serve as a dedicated customer advocate and brand ambassador.
- •Answer questions about Minted's products and services, customization, and order placement.
- •Document customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM.
- •Requirements Strong sales orientation and love for supporting the customer.
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- •High attention to detail, organized, and able to follow through. 2+ years of experience working with customers, preferably at a premium brand.
- •Sales, concierge, or account management experience required.
