TL;DR
Lead hardware development from concept to production, managing schedules, risks, and cross-functional teams.
- •Lead the end-to-end hardware development lifecycle for complex electromechanical systems, from architecture and prototyping through industrialization and mass production.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive hardware development schedules and program plans.
- •Track and report on key program metrics including cost, mass, reliability, and performance.
- •Identify and mitigate technical and supply chain risks.
- •Coordinate across mechanical, electrical, firmware, and software teams.
- •Collaborate with supply chain, contract manufacturers, and global suppliers.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in technical program management for complex hardware products.
- •Proven track record of shipping physical products from concept to mass production.
- •Strong technical fundamentals in mechanical, electrical, and firmware design.
- •Experience managing electromechanical systems with multiple interdependent subsystems.
