- •Requirements 3-6 years in a hands-on operational role requiring physical skill and judgment.
- •Demonstrated experience writing and using SOPs or training materials.
- •Proven ability to train or mentor peers in physical skills.
- •Excellent physical coordination, spatial awareness, and stamina.
- •Ability to quickly master new physical tasks and articulate reasoning.
