Lead and scale the Forward Deployed Engineering organization, embedding engineers with strategic partners.
- •Mesh is seeking an exceptional leader to build and scale its Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) organization.
- •This new function will focus on embedding senior engineers with strategic partners to ensure seamless integration and drive adoption of Mesh's crypto payment solutions.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and scale the FDE operating model, including engagement shape, deployment cadence, and hiring standards.
- •Lead a team of senior engineers to embed with strategic partners, ensuring successful end-to-end integrations.
- •Act as the primary technical point of contact for partners, driving technical conversations and commitments.
- •Shape product and platform strategy by translating partner needs into actionable input for the core platform.
- •Requirements 10+ years in technical roles, with 4+ years leading forward-deployed teams.
- •Experience building a 0-to-1 organization or a new service line.
- •Strong technical credibility as a backend or integrations engineer, with experience in broker, exchange, or payments integration patterns.
- •Excellent executive presence, client-facing instincts, and the ability to push back and drive alignment.
